Hybrid Grid Generation

Development of a three dimensional anisotropic unstructured and hybrid grid generation code for complex geometrical configurations. This method (developed in the framework of a research project funded by Alenia S.P.A.), requires a remarkably small amount of user input data, and therefore allows a significant reduction in the time required for the generation of a grid around a complex configuration. The code is currently used by Alenia within its design process to generate grids for turbulent computations around complete aircraft configurations.
